Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item email tilly.bloom@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt in order to proceed with a return or exchange. Any product to be exchanged must be returned in its packaging, with all labels, unused and undamaged within 14 days. Refunds will be paid, less the price of postage. It is recommended that you use delivery confirmation to prevent loss. No responsibility can be accepted by TillyBloom for loss of returned products not sent with tracking. Exchange options can be discussed via email. Note: All items are thoroughly examined just prior to being shipped to ensure high standards.

I accept payment via Paypal and Google Checkout. Sorry, no checks or money orders.
Residents of the State of New York sadly must pay sales tax of 8.375%.
* Shipping *
Items are usually posted in 1-4 days.
Domestic items are shipped First Class with delivery confirmation. Shipping can take anywhere from 4 to 8 days. If it takes longer than 14 days please let me know.
If you need your order quickly I can ship it to you via 2-3 day Priority Mail with a tracking number for $5.60.
Let me know if you would prefer this and I'll email you a new Paypal invoice.
International shipping time varies by country.
International items are shipped First Class International Mail. Shipping can take anywhere from 4 to 8 days. If it takes longer than 14 days please let me know.
Italy: Shipping to Italy is very slow, the mail service there seems to be rather unreliable. I'm afraid due to this fact I cannot replace items lost in the mail to Italy.
International Customers:
I do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Tilly Bloom LLC is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
* Jewelry *
Designs may be slightly different than the ones in the photographs, due to to slight tweaks or improvements. Or due to the handmade nature of the item.
Color may look different or darker in life, due to screen variations.
* Important Care Instructions *
Hand-drawn jewelry
- Wear jewelry ink side up, smooth side down
- Do not expose the design to water, sweat, cosmetics or extreme heat
- Snap hair clips from the middle, not from the edge of the plastic
- Handle your jewelry & accessories gently
- Do not eat (seriously, they aren’t tasty)
* Gift Boxes*
A multiple item order may be shipped in one gift box to save packaging (better for the environment) but if you'd like each item in separate boxes, if they are gifts for instance, please write 'multiple gift boxes' in the message to seller section.
Disclaimer
Procedures regarding problems with return or exchange can only be dealt with within the time scales stated in the terms and conditions. Once a Tilly Bloom product has been used it is your responsibility. Any items posted back in a used or dirty condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange. All items are thoroughly examined just prior to being shipped to ensure high standards. Every effort has been made to ensure the products have been represented as truthfully as possible, yet due to differences in computer screens and in personal interpretation, color and texture may vary.
